Post by ServiceAi

It’s a beautiful piece.
It photographs
like a thrift store.

Photograph it where it is — on the rack, on the table, under bad light. Post turns that into a listing in your WooCommerce shop, writes the words, and announces it on Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest.

The limit we set

We never show a customer
something that isn’t the thing.

The background comes off the photograph. The piece itself is never redrawn — not the silhouette, not the print, not the wear on the hem.

We tried asking a generative model to restyle photographs and it returned beautiful catalogue shots of bags that did not exist — different shape, different fabric. For one-of-a-kind pieces somebody actually receives in the post, that is not a rough edge. It is a lie.

So the background is removed by segmentation, which can only take pixels away and never invent them, and the staging is arithmetic rather than a model’s mood that day. Listing forty looks like listing four.

How it works

Photograph it. Check it.
That is the whole job.

A phone is the only equipment. No lightbox, no backdrop, no tripod — and nothing goes live until the person who owns the shop says so.

Photograph it It tidies the photo It drafts the words You check and save It announces itself

Ownership

The accounts are yours.
So are the keys.

Most posting plugins route every one of their customers through a single shared developer app. When it gets restricted, everybody stops at once.

One shared app
Every customer of the plugin posts through the same registration.
  • Posts your products
  • ·Rate limits shared with strangers
  • ·One restriction stops everyone
  • ·No support ticket you can file

What we actually do

Platforms make you ask permission.
We do the asking.

It is unglamorous, it has to be done separately for every business, and it is most of what you are paying for.

01

Meta App Review

Before a business can post to its own Instagram from its own software, Meta has to approve the app. We file it and answer the reviewer.

02

Pinterest Standard access

A recorded demonstration of the sign-in flow, then a review that runs one to four weeks. Trial pins stay invisible until it clears.

03

Token renewal

Access tokens expire on a schedule and have to be renewed before they lapse, not after. This is the one that quietly kills automated posting.

04

Monitoring

Token expiry, posting activity and channel health checked on a schedule — so an alert goes out while there is still time to fix it quietly.

Our work for JJ Stuff

Fifty-five products,
posting themselves.

A handmade and vintage clothing shop on WooCommerce, built end to end — storefront, checkout, tax, shipping, and this.

Facebook and Instagram are live today. Pinterest is built and sitting in the platform’s review queue — the same approval we run for every business, which is exactly why it isn’t something you want to do yourself.

What the monthly buys

Priced against the work,
not against a plugin.

Automated posting fails quietly. A token expires, a platform changes a rule, and the posts simply stop — usually noticed weeks later, when somebody asks why the feed went dead.

Setup
$1,500once
  • Developer apps registered to your business
  • ·Meta App Review and Pinterest Standard handled
  • ·Connected to the WooCommerce store you already run
  • ·Captions and images tuned to what you sell
  • ·Posting windows set to your hours
Managed
$99/ month
  • Tokens renewed before anything expires
  • ·Monitoring, with alerts when a channel goes quiet
  • ·Repairs when a platform changes its rules
  • ·New networks added as you grow

There are cheaper ways to do this.

Plugins exist that post products for well under a hundred dollars a year. If you’re comfortable registering your own developer apps, walking them through platform review, and noticing on your own when they stop working, one of those will serve you perfectly well and you should use it.

Post is for people who want it handled, and who want to own what gets built. Those are different things, and only one of them costs $1,500.
